  • 09-30-2022-  There are times in our lives and along this journey where we meet wonderful people and they share their stories with us. On this day, we met an amazing couple Jim & Karen Campbell along with their son Woody. As we began talking to them and sharing stories, we explained our Golfing Kentucky For A Cure campaign to raise money for cancer research. Even though we were there to watch the UK football game vs Ole Miss, we are always looking to share our journey. Jim played tight end at the University of Kentucky from 1978-1982. Karen graduated from UK in 1981 and Woody in 2018. The Campbells shared the story of their daughter and sister Elizabeth Campbell Moir who passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 32 from Lung Cancer. This story is the very reason we are doing what we can to fight this disease that takes our loved ones away.
